No Cap – You’re Enough!!!! – Child & Youth (In Person) Workshop For Children & Youth with Disabilities & Special Health Care Needs Ages 8 to 14

Event held at the Families Helping Families of SWLA office, 324 West Hale Street, Lake Charles, LA 70601

Children and Youth Ages 8 to 14, join us onsite at Families Helping Families of SWLA for this fun, informative (in person) workshop!  We will be learning about accepting who you are, positive self-talk, coping skills, healthy minds and bodies.

Activities and a light lunch will be provided.
